This is my second car I've purchased from this dealer and they showed their appreciation for that by giving me complimentary service on my "new" used car for 3 years, with VIP status in-between oil changes. I highly recommend salesman Bill Lutz. The process was simple, and he was super helpful. I was in and out quickly. I took the truck home prior to purchasing to ensure it fit in our garage. Premo in finance was quicker than most at closing the deal also.

My car was turning off while driving, I could be driving down the street doing 45-50 mph and the car would shut down. Needless to say this was both dangerous (because other cars could run into me not knowing what happened). I immediately took it into Chevrolet of Naperville with no appointment, they did a diagnostic test, told me what it was fixed the problem and I haven’t had any problems since then. 2024 Chevy Suburban Purchase I had a smooth transaction with this dealership from the beginning to the end I would highly recommend them for any of your GM needs. I did not feel like it was a typical auto dealership scenario…. There was No pressure, straight forward, the employees seem to really enjoy their job! Had great experience. We came there looking for a vehicle for my mother and had no intention to purchase a vehicle for us. But we met Ricky Saravia one of Chevrolet Naperville sales person. He was super great easy to talk to and very straight forward. My wife ended up trading her Chev Suburban off for brand new 2500 HD Chev truck because Ricky was so easy to talk to.
The whole team was awesome willing to work with me I went in just looking getting info and actually came out with my first brand new truck.

Holly our sales person has been magnificent. Chevrolet is still trying to work out how their electronics works and the onstar people seemed lost, doing things like creating two accounts under the same email. When you buy a car they should have a checklist of what you need (a google account with password etc) to set up your dashboard. Holly worked with us for a week until onstar got it right.

I am located an hour and a half away from this dealer, which I told them when I called about a car(I was asked 2 more times if I was local). I also clearly stated If we could come to an agreement on the car I can put money down and would be up next day to finish paperwork and get car. Worked with Ian Lachman and bought a new Trax. They were completely honest about the pricing and fees upfront. No surprises at all. The vehicle had a tiny scratch from shipping which they promised to fix, and then they did fix it. The finance process was quick and easy, although they did offer me a higher rate then I qualified for, I asked for and got a better rate. This app makes me pick people I didn't work with below so I can't really confirm those guys are 5 star people.
