My second visit since purchasing my 2022 Traverse. Dominick was a pleasure to work with as always. I had issues scheduling through my Chevrolet app so went through the dealership site to schedule. I was getting 4 new tires and was told upon arrival they only had 3 in stock but they made the trip to another dealership to make sure I was taken care of! Quality service all around!

I bought my 2021 Colorado at Naperville Chevy and had all my service work done there. Yesterday I took my car in for 30k mole oil change tire rotation. I get home and the fan runs constantly. I am waiting for the service manager to call me back because I’m going to have to drive 40 minutes again to go there and wait to get it fixed. The service department has gone down hill since JR retired

I had a few issues. First let me say price, finance and the accessories people were all good. First issue on my initial visit we negotiated a fair price for my car and the discounts. The sales manger gave me the quote on a piece of paper. I thought he was nice until I returned home and he increased the dealer price by $1000. I learned this by looking at the web site and it was exactly $1000 lower than the price he gave me. I did call and was given the story that it was a system issue and he emailed me a new quote with the correct dealer price. I then made an appointment to purchase the car a day later. I talked to the salesperson the day I was coming in and set a time. He then tried to get a deposit from me. He eventually let me just come in to buy the car. He did say he would have the car detailed and ready to go. I came at the appointment time and the truck was in front looked like it was washed. However the bed was full of acorns and tree buds. And I do mean alot which in no way could be missed. The drivers side mat was dirty. The salesperson said they had new porters and had it taken back to get clean. The bed came back clean but the mat was still dirty. After we went through finance and the accessories pitch (both were excellent), I was told the car was ready. I did see the back plate on but did not check the front. When I got home I noticed the front plate was not on and found it under the rear seat with the bracket. I have no way of getting this on and am hoping Naperville can help get it put on a a dealership closer to me. The last problem was I opened the front hood and saw a mess of acorns and tree buds. I since have cleaned it but was amazed a car could leave the lot like that. So this is why I only rated two stars

I've been coming to this dealership for over 15ys. This is the first time I felt my car was not serviced properly & I was being railroaded. I had to contact the manager several times. I came in for spark plugs. A video was not done on what was checked on the car. The fluids weren't checked, the car was not washed. I was told that the oil was topped off. But if it was why was the dash reading the same oil level percentage? I was told that the oil life has nothing to do with quantity but quality. (I've never heard this methodology a day in my life.) Had to bring the car back for point inspection the next day. Then was told that the transmission fluid exchange needs to be flushed and when questioned why this was not done in March 2026 when the transmission coolant line was replaced & I paid over $1k for the service. I was told that it didn't have much to do with the changing of fluid. So now this is another $500 expense. Needless to say I will probably not be coming back to this location to service my vehicle. This long time relationship is ended. It may be hard to find quality help, but something needs to be revamped.
